HP+ at the 2016 International AIDS Conference
July 17, 2016
Worldwide, an estimated 36.7 million people live with HIV—more than the entire population of Canada[1] [2]. To better respond to the ongoing global AIDS epidemic, thousands of advocates, researchers, civil society members, policymakers, people living with HIV, and journalists gathered in Durban, South Africa this week to share knowledge, discuss critical issues, and reveal new scientific findings. HP+ staff were there as well - see our session schedule below - participating in these exchanges and contributing evidence and ideas on how the field can improve access, equity, and rights in the global HIV response.
