As of December 2019, 36 of the 43 countries that committed to the FP2020 partnership have developed costed implementation plans (CIPs) to guide efforts to advance family planning goals. The execution of any strategic plan is often difficult and always critical to success. How can countries know they are making progress in achieving key milestones reflected in their plans?

HP+ created a data management tool to track CIP performance targets; referred to as the CIP Performance Dashboard, the tool is available in Excel and recently as an online tool, developed based on DHIS-2. This webinar is intended for stakeholders considering a tool to support performance monitoring for strategic plans, such as the CIP. Presenters provide an overview of the CIP Performance Dashboard and how countries such as Madagascar and Ghana are using it to monitor execution of their CIPs.
