Alliances among the private sector and accredited learning institutions to offer job training services is not uncommon, and can be used as a tool for education and youth workforce development. This brief provides an explanation of how such alliances work and global examples of successful alliances. Insights from these examples can be drawn for Guatemalan leaders to develop successful workforce development programs.
