Illustrating Madagascar’s Government Budget Process

In Madagascar, the budgeting process, which determines the funds allocated to the Ministry of Public Health from the central government each year, is complex. In order to facilitate stakeholders’ understanding of this process and the their roles within it, HP+, with Madagascar’s Ministry of Public Health and Ministry of Economy and Finance, created an explanatory poster that illustrates the government’s budget process in Madagascar.
