Analysis of Fund Disbursement Bottlenecks Affecting the Cambodia Global Fund KHM-C-MEF Grant

To facilitate the timely transfer of Global Fund HIV funds to implementing partners in Cambodia, HP+, in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Health, and implementers, conducted a funds flow analysis. The exercise served to clarify and document bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and facilitate dialogue among Global Fund stakeholders to quickly resolve issues and improve efficiency for future fund transfers. The report includes an examination of the planned budget, fund flows, bottlenecks, solutions, and next steps.
