The Fifth National Strategic Plan for a Comprehensive, Multi-Sectoral Response to HIV/AIDS (2019-2023)

Cambodia is one of seven countries to have achieved UNAIDS’ 90-90-90 targets. These achievements have been driven by strong support from the Royal Government of Cambodia and the work of local civil society organizations dedicated to the response; however, the country’s HIV response is primarily funded by external sources. This strategic plan, developed by Cambodia’s National AIDS Authority with technical and financial support from HP+ and UNAIDS Cambodia, envisions a Cambodia free of HIV, with better health and well-being for all people. It details four key strategies for a comprehensive, multisectoral response and sustainable domestic financing of HIV in Cambodia for five years (2019-2023).
