Improving Public Financial Management for Health: Analysis of Audits in Mozambique

Financial audits are an important tool to enforce compliance and accountability as well as identify gaps in understanding and practices. HP+ worked with Mozambique’s Ministry of Health to review its audits and findings from 2013 to 2017. This brief presents an overview of findings from the review and provides recommendations for corrective actions.
