Financial Flow Analysis Infographic

This infographic illustrates the flow of public funds allocated to health in Mali. After conducting a rapid budgetary funds flow analysis, HP+ created this infographic to enable Mali’s Ministry of Health to better understand key leakage points, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks in the central and decentralized funds flow processes. The document is intended to help the Ministry of Health manage public finances more efficiently, improve the total share of funds available, and manage gaps in donor funding. More broadly, the infographic will support the ministry to strengthen its evidence base for decision making to improve Mali's health policy environment.
