Efficiency of Financial Resources Devoted to Health in Mali

This document provides analysis of the equity and efficiency of drug policy under Mali's universal health insurance scheme, providing recommendations for significant improvements that could increase equity of access to medication for all Malians receiving insurance through the scheme. Mali’s Social Security Fund and National Health Insurance Fund provided key data for the assessment. HP+ analyzed data and existing policy, conducted stakeholder interviews, and developed recommendations.
