Côte d’Ivoire National Plan for Family Planning 2021-2025

Following implementation of the costed implementation plan (CIP) for family planning and its review in Côte d’Ivoire, HP+ has helped develop a new CIP for 2021-2025 to effectively contribute to the reduction of maternal, neonatal, and infant mortality in the country. With technical assistance from HP+, the operational plan details the program activities and costs associated with achieving national objectives, providing clear information at the program level on the resources needed to promote voluntary, safe, and affordable family planning and providing better access to family planning services for all. The plan provides a critical orientation to family planning in Côte d’Ivoire for government, donors, implementing partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all components of a successful program are included. Its adoption translates Ouagadougou Partnership and FP2030 commitments into concrete actions and constitutes a genuine advocacy tool for the mobilization of resources for family planning.
