To strengthen the family planning policy environment through digital tools and solutions, HP+ has examined digital solutions in light of policymaking needs. This multi-part assessment and review shares digital solutions and approaches already in use to serve policy aims and shares how digital solutions can transform the development and implementation of health policies for a more inclusive and transparent process and for more efficient, responsive, and effective policies. The three resources resulting from the assessment—an inventory of tools, classification framework, and user perspectives brief—are specific to family planning policy but adaptable enough to be applied to the policy setting in any sector.
