Health Policy Plus: Niger

In Niger, HP+ began working in the regions of Maradi and Zinder in 2021, spending the following year focused on increasing demand for family planning. In coordination with the government of Niger and partners, HP+ accomplishments include greater commitment at the local level to fund reproductive health programs and strengthened capacity of community leaders to hold discussions around the need for domestic funding for family planning.
