This guide provides health staff with up-to-date resources to promptly identify and assess patients who present with persistent symptoms after having COVID-19. The guide compiles the latest international recommendations for the diagnosis, triage according to risk classification, and treatment for patients with post COVID symptoms. The content focuses on care for adult patients. However, it also provides specific recommendations for the care of pregnant women and pediatric clients, in addition to special considerations depending on immunization status.
