The costed implementation plan (CIP) performance dashboard applies a focused monitoring approach that allows countries to monitor a set of key results drawn from the broader set of indicators included in their CIP. These key results are aligned with the country’s CIP map and the priority results achievement chart. Monitoring key results refines a country’s ability to assess progress toward achieving CIP results, strategic goals, and commitments.
The costed implementation plan, or CIP, performance dashboard series is divided into four video tutorials that will:
1) Provide a brief overview of CIPs and introduce the performance dashboard, including its purpose, intended users, and how to prepare for performance monitoring
2) Describe the settings tabs and necessary inputs for results monitoring
3) Demonstrate how to enter the results of a country’s performance
4) Explain how to generate graphs to display progress toward meeting a country’s family planning goals
