Sandra McLeish 

Country Director, HP+ Jamaica

Sandra McLeish (MBA, BSc), country program manager for HP+ Jamaica, has 17 years of experience in HIV-related programs and expertise in strategic planning, health systems strengthening, and organizational development. In her current role, Sandra supports HIV service delivery by addressing stigma-related barriers; enhancing referral services for gender-based violence; and strengthening community, facility, and national institutional capacity. The latter includes development of the Positive Health, Dignity and Prevention curriculum for leaders within the people living with HIV and key populations communities. Previously, Sandra was head of strategic information and communications for the Pan Caribbean Partnership Against HIV and AIDS, focusing on governance and communication. She has served on the board of the Jamaica Network of Seropositives and the Oversight Monitoring Committee of the Jamaica Country Coordinating Mechanism.
